The Ribeye Room transforms to Ribeye on Vernon from Thursday to Saturday, C.ex Coffs newest dining option based on a contemporary American steakhouse. However, is the ideal venue space from Sunday – Wednesday! Ribeye is an intimate room with beautiful décor and lighting. Featuring a private bar, and luxe fixtures, the Ribeye Room is perfect for a smaller celebration yet also perfect for your corporate needs.


The Blue Room is a good sized room located on Level 1 of C.ex Coffs, and is close to lift access and amenities. The Blue Room will comfortably accommodate your guests in a range of set up styles as well as allow space for any catering or audio visual set up you require. The Blue Room is the perfect multi use space; fantastic lighting for an all-day conference, yet can be dressed up for a special celebration at night. The Blue Room has a private bar and a dance floor can be installed to suit your requirements.


C.ex Coffs is fortunate to be the largest venue on the Coffs Coast, and the Grand Auditorium is essential for your large-scale events. Our Grand Auditorium can accommodate up to 1000 delegates or 700 guests for a large celebration. Combining our Rainbow Room and Auditorium, the Grand Auditorium houses all of your requirements with amenities located within the room, a fixed stage, dance floor and access to the Lobby Bar. An abundance of natural lights floods in from the rear wall of windows, however blinds can be lowered for a more intimate feel. The Grand Auditorium has successfully hosted the spectrum of events from significant tradeshows to extravagant Weddings.


The Auditorium is a fantastic space for all types of events from large conferences and trade shows to gala dinners and Weddings, and everything in between. The Auditorium features a fixed stage, dance floor and private dressing room; fantastic for your key speaker or entertainment. Access to the Lobby Bar is close by, or table service can be offered to your delegates and guests. The Auditorium has contemporary audio-visual facilities with screens on either side of the stage. The Auditorium encompasses all of your corporate or celebratory needs.


The Rainbow Room is one of the most popular spaces at C.ex Coffs. The room is of medium size, located on Level 1 of C.ex Coffs and will comfortably accommodate your guests in a range of set up styles. The Rainbow Room has a wall of windows, allowing an abundance of natural light to filter in. Amenities are located within the room and there is also a foyer at the entry doors which is perfect for networking, pre-dinner drinks or even a separate catering space for corporate functions. The Rainbow Room is in close proximity to the Lobby Bar.


The Boardroom is a terrific space for corporate meetings and intimate training sessions. The Boardroom is set up traditional boardroom style with a large table and 16 chairs, comfortably accommodating your guests in corporate style. The room hire price is inclusive of iced water, mints, meetings kit, flip chart, whiteboard, Wi-Fi and plasma screen for any presentations you may have. Overlooking the greens at C.ex Coffs, this room is the ideal place for your next meeting.


Northside is one of two C.ex Coffs conference rooms located in the building directly opposite the main Club. Northside is the ideal private space for conferences and training, comfortably seating guests in a range of set up styles. The room is accessed via two flights of stairs from Vernon Street, making it easily locatable for your delegates.


The Entertainment Lounge, located on the Ground Floor of C.ex Coffs is a practical space for meetings, tradeshows and celebrations. Featuring a private bar, fixed stage and dance floor; the Entertainment Lounge is a self-contained space for a special event, yet also practical for a training day or workshop. The Entertainment Lounge is close to C.ex Coffs renowned dining outlets and bars, and private access can be arranged straight from Vernon Street.

Night Room Hire

The room hire price is inclusive of room and table set up (including all cutlery, crockery, glassware and matching serviettes to your theme), wait staff, bar staff, general cleaning costs, Wi-Fi and a selection of AV equipment for your use. If required, a data projector can be hired for $100 and a laptop for $25, or you are most welcome to bring your own.

The room hire price per day is inclusive of room set up, iced water, mints, meetings kit, flip chart, whiteboard, microphone, Wi-Fi and screen. If required, a data projector can be hired for $100 and a laptop for $25, or you are most welcome to bring your own.
