Graeme Connors’s outstanding 40-year career has yielded 16 top-selling studio albums, 14 Golden Guitar Awards, an ARIA, two APRA awards, two MO Awards, 12 Tamworth Songwriters Association Awards and a prestigious Songmaker citation for his contribution to Australian songwriting. He is currently writing for a new album and about to head into the studio for a mid-year release.
Graeme’s outstanding album North is still, to this day, one of the best-selling Australian country albums of all-time, containing the breakthrough single ‘A Little Further North’ along with the anthemic ‘Let The Canefields Burn’. The title track of Graeme’s stellar album The Road Less Travelled is still a staple of country music radio and his most recent release – in 2016 – 60 Summers yielded two hit singles, ‘Mt Everest’ and ‘60 Summers’ , the latter peaking at #1 on The Music Network Official Country Airplay chart and earning Graeme three Golden Guitar Awards finalists spots in Single of the Year, Video of the Year and APRA AMCOS Song of the Year.
