The SUNSHINE TO RAIN acoustic tour brings together the phenomenal musical talents of DRAGON, CHOIRBOYS, JENNY MORRIS and MICHAEL SPIBY (the voice of the BADLOVES) in a two hour concert.

Each artist will perform a set individually, then rejoin on stage for an amazing combined encore featuring a track from each artists' repertoire. This historic tour is a unique opportunity to see these artists together in concert, performing a selection of their individual hits and songs from their respective acoustic albums. Since 1973 there have been many different versions of the band DRAGON and 2006 brings a new line up and a new sound to the Dragon story. Mark Williams, Todd Hunter, Bruce Reid and Pete Drummond are the band and this is the first time the Dragon songs have been played acoustically. Songs like Sunshine, Still In Love, April Sun, Are you Old Enough, Speak No Evil and Rain, shine in this setting.

The forthcoming Liberation Records CD Sunshine to Rain is a reading of the Dragon songbook recorded live in the studio, acoustic and still kicking. The CD set features 19 songs that are part of the fabric of Australasian life. From Sunshine to Rain, it's all about the songs.

The name CHOIRBOYS is synonymous with great Pub Rock and for two decades their unique style and sound has positioned them alongside the greats of Australian rock including AC/DC, Rose Tattoo and Cold Chisel. The boys have decided to put down their electric guitars and pull down the amp stacks for a while to bring you their new acoustic album... Big Bad & Acoustic. JENNY MORRIS is one of Australia's most beloved singer/songwriters, with more than 20 years in the music business Jenny has had an amazing and influential career. Born in New Zealand Jenny Morris gained national attention in the late 80's and early ninety's, with a string of platinum albums including Body and Soul, Shiver and Honeychild. Throughout her career she has sold in excess of 500 000 records and is the recipient of back-to-back ARIA awards for 'Best Female Artist'. She has toured the world with artists such as Sir Paul McCartney, Prince and INXS and played the most prestigious stages including Wembley Stadium (London UK) and Le Bercy Stadium (Paris, France).

Jenny's new album Clear Blue in Stormy Skies is a culmination of 20 years of music.

MICHAEL SPIBY was the voice and songwriter of the 'Badloves', a band that enjoyed outstanding popularity in the mid '90's with the multi-platinum album 'Get on Board', housing timeless tracks such as 'Green Limousine', 'Lost', and 'The Weight' with Jimmy Barnes. The Badloves rush of success was rewarded with triple Aria Awards, and a legion of loyal fans that grew with the band. After the release of their much anticipated second album 'Holy Roadside' and several years of exhaustive touring which had taken its toll, the band called it a day.

Fans were left with two classic albums and a host of Badloves compilations.

The SUNSHINE TO RAIN acoustic tour is the first time in the Liberation Blue Acoustic series that all artists have toured together. This show is sure to blow away audiences across the country. Song after song, the memories will come flooding back.
