Coffs Harbour’s premier Club offers modern facilities in a convenient location to cater for local, inter and intrastate businesses, organisations, community groups and private groups. Whether arranging functions for 5 delegates to 1000 delegates, from the seated conference to trade exhibitions, from business luncheons to corporate dinners we have the facilities to cater for you.

Conveniently Located

The Coffs Ex-Services Club is conveniently located in the centre of Coffs Harbour’s Central Business District. Only 3 km’s from the local airport, 1 ½ km’s from the train station and right on the pacific highway makes finding us easy for the organiser and the delegates. Directly adjacent to the club is the city’s main shopping area offering facilities from the small coffee shop to the large department store. Speciality stores, boutiques, beauty salons, banks ensures that anything left at home can be easily purchased.

Parking

The Club provides a members car parking area adjacent for 136 vehicles, within 50 metres of the Club the council multi storey car park offers all day parking for in excess of 500 vehicles. Disabled parking facilities are also available.

Club Facilities

• The Club offers disabled facilities throughout the Club. Our door staff are always on hand to welcome & offer assistance to you and your delegates.
• The provision of a direct courtesy taxi phone ensures that you can await your fare in the comforts of the clubs modern foyer.
• Public phones are also available for use.
• EFTPOS banking facilities are available during trading hours.
• The club hosts 8 bars catering to the many lounge areas.
• Full TAB facilities, snooker tables, large screen television viewing, sky channel, weekly entertainment.

There is always something to do at the Club.

Dining Facilities

The club also hosts a coffee shop open daily from 9 am – close of trade offering fresh snacks – coffee’s for the morning tea or the light lunch.

Family dining is available in the Bistro also open daily for lunch and dinner.

For that evening out the rendezvous restaurant is open Thursday – Friday & Saturday evenings offering a fine dining experience. The restaurant hosts a fully equipped cocktail bar and an extensive wine list. Credit card facilities are also available.

Accommodation

The Club does not offer accommodation, we are however situated directly adjacent and within walking distance from 13 motels. The local 5 star resorts are approx 10 km’s from the Club and the resorts offer courtesy bus transport to the city daily.

Many of the smaller motels will offer a discounted room rate upon mention of your booking at the Club.
