**Children at Ribeye – Please note that Ribeye does not offer a children’s menu or high chair facilities. Children who are 10 years and over only, and able to enjoy meals from the main menu while respecting other diners in the restaurant, are welcome. Our Brasserie has a comprehensive kids menu, activities and Little Digger’s kids club to keep them busy. Ribeye is a little more private than other club options and the décor, ambiance and menu are designed with this in mind. Our other dining options including The Brasserie, Cutler’s Coffee Shop and Buffets cater for families with children under 10 years of age.
Our new modern dining option at C.ex Coffs, ‘Ribeye on Vernon’ launched on Friday 6 May, level 1, and is now open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for dinner service from 6pm and Friday lunch from 12pm.
Ribeye on Vernon is our take on American BBQ style cuisine which includes slow cooked meats, quality cuts, marinated ribs, gourmet sides and homemade flavoursome sauces.
We are serving locally sourced prime cuts of meat, with dry spiced rubs. Our menu consists of the best cuts cooked in an authentic American BBQ style and served with your choice of side including crunchy fries with triple cheese sauce, chargrilled corn on the cob, chunky style coleslaw, homemade polenta fries, honey roasted pumpkin and cous cous salad, our Chefs signature bacon jam and plenty more.
There are share plates available for couples or groups with sticky BBQ pork and beef ribs, smokey spiced chicken wings with a Chipotle BBQ sauce, thick gourmet pork sausages, pulled meats and marinated steaks. Share platters will come with two standard sides so make sure you bring your appetite!
Challenge yourself to The Dagger complete with thick pork sausages, marinated chicken breast, pork belly, roasted vegetables, corn on the cob plus your choice of sides this dish is sure to keep the cows happy.
If tantalising cuts of meat are not your thing we also have some delicious chicken, seafood and vegetarian options available including classic chicken breast with a lime and chilli glaze, salt and pepper barramundi goujons, hot and cold veggie platter and mille feuille of mushroom.
Our Signature dish, a 380gm Ribeye on the bone, cooked to your liking and served with your choice of side. Why not be adventurous and try out the delicious bone marrow and port wine jus to accompany?
