Members, visitors and patrons of the C.ex Group are invited to nominate a C.ex Group team member for ‘great’ acts of service, as part of the C.ex Champion Rewards Program.
All you need to do is complete a short nomination form available to ensure a staff member is acknowledged for their efforts.
To nominate a staff member you feel has performed to this standard, please  complete the short form below or you can complete a form next time you visit any of our three venues.

2017 Monthly Champions

March 2017 – Rose Rogliani
Rose was nominated by C.ex Woolgoolga Manager, Greg Engel for a Great Act of Service when she gave a gust of the club a lift home on her own time rather than the patron having to wait and extended period of time for a taxi.

April 2017 – Rachel Daly
Rachel received two peer nominations for her outstanding work during a function as a new team member. She has also received great praise for her fantastic work ethic.

2016 C.ex Champions

The C.ex Champions Reward Program was rolled out in February 2016 with criteria for points collated at the end of each month and points allocated to employees nominated. Nominations were from customers, peers, managers and secret shoppers.

The winner of our Inaugural reward program for 2016-2017 was Ashleigh Sanders. (Pictured here with C.ex Group President, David Doyle and C.ex Group CEO, John Rafferty)

Ashleigh is one of our amazing Ribeye on Vernon staff members and you can also find her in the Legends or Vista Bars. Ashleigh takes away a $5000 travel voucher for her outstanding customer service.

Anne-Maree Arthur came second and is another outstanding C.ex Group staff member. You can find Anne-Maree at Reception or supervising one of our many events.

Eric Mabilin one of our talented Chefs came in third. If you enjoy eating in Ribeye on Vernon and The Brasserie, then Eric is part of our catering team that makes this happen for you.

Management are thrilled the Champions Reward program was such a success and look forward to continuing it in the coming years.

We wish to extend a huge CONGRATULATIONS to all of our staff at C.ex Woolgoolga, C.ex Urunga and C.ex Coffs, you all make the C.ex Group a success with your outstanding customer service.
